Good morning Crew!

Just posting to say that I went to my info session for the band yesterday with the surgeon. It was a group session, and one of the last steps before I get a surgery date.

Good info - though there was this ANNOYING woman who kept interrupting the doctor and throwing her .02 in everywhere. He was pretty even-keeled, but the rest of us were getting annoyed!

On a positive note, it looks like I'm already pre-approved, so I may be one of the first from my 'group' yesterday to be scheduled. I've already talked to my employer about the time, so I can be short-listed for surgery. If they call me and say come in a week from Monday, I can do it!

I can't believe I fell asleep during Grey's . That's what happens with insomnia. I can't sleep and the next day I am a wreck. Of course this short little nap right before bedtime did not help last night's sleep at all.

he is a girl, even when home he changes 3/4 times a day. he goes qtrly to NZ/AUS & just loves it; but he has serious jet lag issues. takes him several days to get back on central time zone.

I've always jet lagged really badly on my trips to Europe. When my parents went to visit my brother in Sydney, mom never did get completely adjusted. Eek!
