Please help - very sick

Hi,

sleeved in January. Had bad diarrhoea last few days while travelling and start gagging whenever I try to eat. Fluids go straight in and out.

Have taken anti diarrhoea pills, and feeling very weak and faint. Ate a small forkful of scrambled eggs but can’t stomach more than that. Haven’t eaten in 2 days.

Feeling awful. Body aching. Headache.

Suggestions please?

    You sound dehydrated. Go to emergency.

    Call Surgeon immediately and go to ER
