1 year out..seem to keep losing weight

Anyone Have This Happen...what to do now?

1 year out.I am to down to 114.5lbs (5'tall a little bony and 69 years young) ).... I look and feel great, however (I think)

Seems I am losing too rapidly all of a sudden.

We have relocated to a new city without bariatric support.

When eating I can only hold so much ( small egg or walnut size pouch)...

Many thanks!

I am not all familiar with bypass surgeries, but maybe try drinking your calories! Assuming...Doesn't seem like you're getting enough nutrients. Maybe blend a bunch of leafy greens and apples, etc and drink them. Drink some protein drinks too. Hope you find something that works! Glad you look and feel great too. :)

Continuing bariatric support is important. If you can't see a bariatric group, at the very least be vigilant about your PCP visits, make sure there is no other underlying cause to explain your weight loss.

Will do , thanks for replying...going for labs today...my underlying fear is that I will just waste away.

You are awesome! Thanks again...

Should have thought much earlier ...back to Costco for Premier! Easy to make smoothies...thank you!

Me too! I’m 9 months post bypass and have lost 150 pounds. I’m 5’10 and started at 300. I cannot eat more than a tiny portion and denser foods like chicken, bread, pasta, or other meats will not stay down. I had that balloon procedure to widen my intestine from 9mm to 12mm two weeks ago but it feels the same size.
