Do you chew and spit?

People have told me they have chewed and spit out the food if they really want to taste something they know they can’t eat like steak. My friend said she ate steak once and couldn’t eat for 3 1/2 days because she didn’t chew it down right so it took long for her stomach to process it.

Shocking!!! Is this normal? Like a DL thing people do? Be honest please

Nope I've never done this and it sounds like a pretty bad habit so I don't fancy it. I'd rather train myself to eat healthy food and enjoy it than develop another problem.

I don't do this, and I never will. If you're not far enough out that you should be eating those foods, you should really just go without. It's a short phase, and you can get through it! If you are far enough out to eat them, either eat a bite or go without. This seems like a really bad habit to get into.
