1000-1200 each day since week 3 as recommended by my nutritionist and doctor.

Research on 1700 patients of my surgeon’s bypass patients - after 1 year, most are eating about 750 calories a daywith a little variability but not much.

I'm 4 mos post op and work out for 90 mins a day . I try to stay right around 1500.

I only work out for 10-20 mins 5x a week. I eat 1000 or so cal a day at 6 months out. Still slowly losing.

i only eat about 50-60 g carbs a day. 60g protein and I try for more. Over 50% of what I eat is fat. And steadily losing, no stalls longer than a week except one time around month 3.
