Reasonable expectation of weight loss

I have read stories that really run the gamut when it comes to weight loss over a 3-6 month period and I know it largely depends on metabolism and genetics but what would be considered a reasonable expectation? I don't want to go in to this expecting a 90 pound weight loss in 90 days (it's happened to some people) and end up significantly short of that.

Source for the data I posted.

The best advice someone gave me is to not have expectations as even with calculating numbers our body likes to do what it wants.

Sometimes id look at one person loss and be disappointed if that's what mines going to be like ..

Then I'd look at another who had lost more than me so far.. and be disappointed in my self and wonder what I'd done wrong .

Now.. I realise everyone's achievements is their own. We all know what our end goal is. So I focus on my self and congratulate anyone on what they have lost.

But from surgery day I've lost about 77lbs and it's been about 7 months. My surgeon never talked to me about what to expect and when now he doesn't want to talk about goal weight. He just wants me to stay on plan and let the magic happen.
