Did You See the Penny Saeger Episode on My 600Lb Life?

I saw a re-run of an episode from Season 2 of My 600lb Life...(yes, I secretly watch this show...) Even though I know I will never experience the kinds of monthly losses that most people experience on that show, it really did inspire me in May to start my own salvation journey with weight loss--again--for about the millionth time.

I watched the Penny Saeger episode with almost the same fixated attention one would give to a speeding train about to crash. And I wondered if anyone else saw this episode and had any thoughts about it?

IDK I find this very unsettling, perhaps after surgery and weight losses I will be able to come back and look at this with an unjaundiced unbiased eye. Right now it hits too close to home, eat as I say, not necessarily as I personally do,it I will sanction you because I have power and you do not. To me it smacks of an Evil Big Brother world. I am abandoning this thread, it innately makes me weep!???
