A wise person once said " one can do Anything for 6 weeks at a time" but I'm not certain it was a bariatric patient. Don't know if I would chew my own arm off but don't come around me dressed like an ice cream cone or slice of steak with grilled Portobello mushrooms.

6 days in and 11 ponds lost! Good yes but can I do this?

You can absolutely do it! If I can do it, I’m pretty sure anyone can!
