Should I go to the hospital

I am one week post-op.
ive always been a slow healer, and I think I’m experiencing it now as well. I can drink full liquids now, but I can’t take more than a few sips of protein shake or soup before I feel full. It’s also hard to drink regular liquids constantly through the day without my stomach feeling upset.
As of today, I can’t walk from my bedroom to my living room without my heartbeat skyrocketing and losing my breath. I can’t shower on my own because I can’t stand for more than a minute or so without the same thing happening. My heartbeat doesn’t go below 120 even after sitting down for a while.
i know this is happening because I’m basically starving and probably dehydrated. Has anyone gone through this too? Should I seek remedy at a hospital?
Any feedback is appreciated.
