Sugar-free Jello vs Jello w/sugar

Hey guys and gals! I need some help lol. I am having my gastric sleeve this coming Monday, December 4th. I am on the clear liquid diet right now. I realized I grabbed jello with sugar on accident. I thought I grabbed the sugar-free Jello. Oops. With that being said I've eaten it before I realized what it was. Is this a huge deal? I'm so nervous that I just messed all of this up.... does anyone know if the Jello I have is a problem? Should I send my husband out to get the right stuff? I suck at life sometimes lol.

It's not world ending....but don't eat anymore. In order for your liver to shrink, you need to be off carbs. That's kinda the point of the torture diet.

You're not messing up but obviously don't eat it. Have a protein shake instead.

Jello is literally just to make you think you're eating on a liquid diet, its not like it's an important weight loss food.
