Yay~ I Just Got Approved

SOOO....I JUST GOT APPROVED LAST WEEK AND I HAVE BEEN ON MY LIQUID DIET FOR 3 DAYS NOW................OMG I AM SOOOO STARVING........DOES ANYONE KNOW IF IT'S OK TO DRINK CHICKEN BROTH????:):confused:

As long as it's clear, I was told I could drink it. The 2-week liquid diet isn't fun, but so worth it! Hang in there! (Drink LOTS of water!)

thanks everyone for the comments......yeah i think that i will be fine.......but it is soooo hard....sorry aubrie bout your insurance.....keep trying

I'd check with my doc. It's each clinics differing opinion on whats right. For me it was NO sugar for 10 days (only sugar free yogurt and cottage cheese), others have Protein drinks for 2 weeks..etc.

Check with your clinic theyll tell you whats right

I hear your pain about the liquid diet...I'm on a pre-op diet, but LUCKILY it is not 100% liquids. I'll do whatever it takes to get my surgery, so it hasn't been so bad. Thank goodness for sugar free Jello and sugar free popsicles...they've been life savers!
