I am 23 as of friday! Woot. I was banded on 9/7 and have lost about 53 lbs.

I am down 50 lbs. How much are yall exercising at this point?

Hey, Dont let her make you feel like a failure. I have No regrets getting the lap band. It has helped me start living a normal life, I have lost 45 lbs and I feel so much better, I no longer take pills for high cholestorol, or for high blood pressure. I am more active in my life. Now this was in no way easy, It has taken lots of work. You can do it though if you put your mind to it! :whoo:

I was just saying last week that it feels like my shoes are getting too big.. My old TIght High Heels were falling off.

I had sushi this weekend.. Instead of getting all you can eat I ordered it alacarte, I got one roll and it went down great!

That was the best! I loved the skin pinned behind him... then when marge was like lets put this damp blanket away haha! also I LOVED when he put the little piece of pizza in the blender and then said, everything tastes like barf now.. HAHHA

Hey sage.. My totals include the preop diet. 2 weeks befoer surgery I was 260, thats when I started my liquid diet... THen on the day of surgery I was 242. I like to account for all my weight loss...

She told me the same thing. I felt no restriction or anything so the LD again was killin me, once It was done I just moved onto solids.. But I was very careful and chew chew chewed!..

You have done awesome purple. I am assuming your still in HS.. If so, how is that with the band.. Do you think its harder to focus...

I have no restriction :-( I wish I did.. I thought I felt it yesterday morning but it went away... Go to My Virtual Model to make the virtual people its really neat. Congrats on the 13lbs already that is great!
