shoes

hello everyone hope you are all ok, i was just wondering if any of you that have been banded have dropped shoe sizes as well as dress sizes:confused:

I was just saying last week that it feels like my shoes are getting too big.. My old TIght High Heels were falling off.

That makes sense.. One time I lost 50 pounds and I went down half a shoe size. Your feet probably unswell and perhaps get slightly more narrow maybe... For me, my ankles and feet were so swelled and they did get slightly slimmer. Perhaps thats what happened with you too.
