I'm a week post opp and ready for some coffee even if it's decaf. When did you drink coffee again after surgery??

I had decaf on day 2; and moved to one cup caffeinated at 1 week (which also resolved my constipation). I love my coffee in the morning. I start thinking about it the night before!

I STARTED DRINKING COFFEE THE 2ND WEEK AFTER SURGERY ONCE A DAY 8OZ WITH SKIM OR LOWFAT MILK INSTEAD OF CREAM

Day 2 for me I love my coffee can’t live without that!!!

I STARTED THE SECOND WEEK POST OP 8OZ

My RD said I would have a cup of decaff on my tray with my first clear liquid meal. I drink mine black, no sugar, so that dog'll hunt! Choirs of angels sang at that news!!!
