I have been doing south beach for 2 weeks and am looking to find the best protein shakes. Any suggestions?

I really like Unjury, Syntrax Nectar, and Chike protein powders. There are fun recipes using them on Pinterest and The World According to Eggface blog.

I am currently using premier protein, I use it instead of creamer & milk in my lattes. I bought isopure tasteless protein to add to homemade bone broth (or even add it to my water) when I am on liquids only. I haven’t used it yet though, I’m waiting until closer to my liquid only pre-diet.
