Today Is my birthday, -2 from surgery

The most complicated birthday ever.

No champagne cheers for me, no cake for me. no food for me. Just my protein shake.

Tuesday i'll have my bypass.

If I went through all of this today, having a party for me being the only one not eating... Well, I am sure I'll do fine after the surgery.
