Need to find inexpensive bariatric vitamins. HELP!

My vitamin prescription is SUPER expensive to fill. They want like $389 for the vitamin B nasal spray, but then they throw in the chewable multi vitamin and the chewable calcium. What a deal huh! Lol. But it's super expensive and I just can't afford it. Even with my insurance and the coupon it still is $289. Any suggestions?

I was told by my surgeon to avoid gummy vitamins and time release vitamins because they would not be absorbed properly.

I was told the same thing. No gummy vitamins.

HI,my nutritionist said the solaray chewable multivitamins. Are excellent. Instead of the recommended dosage of 2 a day, she said I should chew 4. She also recommended chewable calcium of 600 MG. Twice as we only absorb half or 1000 MG in 2 halves. Go to iherb.com they have really good prices!

If your Dr says you need calcium and iron pills you need calcium and iron. Most women that are still menstruating will need them.

I use the Celebrate chewables and melts. Ordered off Amazon. Runs about $25 a month, although you have to order about 3 months supply at a time.

I say do whatever your surgeon tells you to do. Plus, you should take your bloodwork on a regular basis. If your labs look good, just keep doing whatever you're doing. There are some vitamin and mineral deficiencies that won't show up right away and will take possibly years to show in labs.

We sell almost every brand of Bariatric vitamin in our BariatricPal Store:

You can use code this code for 10% off your order: BARIATRIC10

We also offer % off on a regular basis if you subscribe to any item.
