  5. My advise it to listen to your doctor's team on how to prevent dumping. I am 7 weeks out and have lost 40 pounds and did not experience any dumping but was very careful about eating properly.
  6. I am 7 weeks out and havn'the regretted one minute. One of the things that has surprised me is I now notice how much people eat. Way more than is needed. I Ave lost 40 pounds and my doc seemed pleased with my progress. Be sure to get your protein.
  7. I was very lucky on my preop diet. I didnt do it and was fortunate the surgery went very good. Only problen was getting rid of the gas which it was gone in a day and one half.
