Trouble getting in my protein and liquids

I am 6 weeks post op for gastric bypass. Experiencing lots of dizziness and weakness. Trying my best to get in the required 64 oz of liquids and 60 gr protein, but not there yet. Anyone else have problems with dizziness and weakness?

Also, I have not attempted to eat salads or peanut butter yet, but would like to. Any problems? I know everyone is different and our tastes change after surgery, but I am trying to find something I really like to help with the protein shortage.

I don't mean to be obvious. But if your struggling to reach your protein goal don't you think you should forget salad for now till your reaching your goals?

What are you having?

2 protein shakes and your at 60g so what are you struggling with?

I still have one shake a day and am lucky to meet my minimum 60g per day. And honestly, I'm lucky if I get 32 oz. of liquids every day.

Peanut butter should be fine. You can try salad, but it may or may not agree with you. Put some tuna or some other protein on it.

I'm 4 weeks post op still on full liquid diet and I am completely rejecting the protein shakes. My dr just said to do Skim milk or Yogurt for now.
