My gastric sleeve journey so far with pics

Hi my names Katherine. Im a 45 year old women who has been overweight for 22 years.. like everyone tried all diets with no success. Have suffered depression and anxiety as well as being nearly crippled with osteo arthritis in both knees. But despite all this i stayed positive, i have an amazing husband, kids and awesome friends. So what is a bit of extra weight. Right!!! Well i was unhappy on the inside. Yes i was the party one who was always happy. Wrong!!!

Feb 9th 2017 i had double surgery. Gastric sleeve and hernia repair (which was 21 years old and size of a watermelon) i weighed 168kg. Today i weigh 120kg. I still have a long way to go but am finally feeling alive and happy. It hasnt all been easy. I can still gain weight easily but i have a better understanding of how my body works. 59856ed288b4e_Collage202017-08-052016_43_06.thumb.jpg.2faac91696ce6c1e3d5943b889d00542.jpg
