Newbie food choices

5 Days in and having trouble getting the protein drinks down. Can low-fat cheeses and beans mushed be eaten?

once you're cleared for soft food, I did well with mozzarella string cheese because it's so soft. If you're I puree I liked the pintos and cheese from Taco bell. You can put Wendy's chili in the blender worth some broth to thin it.

depends on what your surgeon says- my surgeon does 3 weeks of liquids before any pureed of soft foods.

I really struggled with protein shakes but did well with the protein fruit drinks on here and the nectar products.

5 days in??? have you even been given a plan from your surgeon? no your supposed to be on a liquid diet, im 4 weeks in and my food stillhas to be pureed.
