Has anyone had back pains on their right side since surgery?

I am 3 days out and I have discomfort in my back and right side. Has anyone experienced this and what did you do to help it?

Yep, I'm having this now. I'm taking gas-x strips, walking for 10-20 min every hour, and using a heating pad on the area. This combination has been keeping the pain at a minimum. :)
