Just wanted to give some photos so you can see I was small to start and I went from 179 to 380 from 2004 to 2017 so people criticism is a joke

Oh, and thank you for your service and I am not sure if that was your son in the picture but thank you for his service too. My father was in the Navy, my step daughter is Army NG and my son is USMC.

Yes that's my son and I'm glad he followed in my foot steps and I'm trying to get there just got to keep it going
