Thanks and everyone now has been awesome- Orange juice
I drink my protein in the morning only when I walk. I have unflavored and I mix 2 scoops for 50 grams of protein because I just don't like to drink it all day. My meals vary like yesterday I had 12 Cajun steamed shrimp from Captain D's and today I had a 8oz Michelina's dinner I split up for breakfast and dinner....and it's 9g protein.... I've had people think I don't eat but I just follow the rules I eat 4 oz per meal and I drink anything but carbonated drinks.... I like a sweet tea every few days but I drink lots of water- Orange juice
I've drank some OJ and few times but I mixed it with my unflavored protein during a few walks but that was in June and I never had problems.... everyone gets different plans and my NUT told me it was ok just use with precaution- My before photos for people that have issues with other people weight loss....last photo is of me now

I just ate crab legs for first time since surgery and I had no problems whatsoever and that made me happy because I can do without the meats so I'm able to eat seafood and that works for me....and eggs taste nasty to me now and I hate that because I used to love them- 96 pounds down in three months
Losing weight is very hard for alot of us and I was a person that never thought I could ever gain weight so I know how it is and I didn't like a comment I made to the person but I felt pushed and I didn't even know that it was a woman going toe to toe with me- 96 pounds down in three months
