The orange mango flavor tastes just like orange juice. Order it from the store, or find it locally. When I want orange juice, I drink that.

Orange juice is a grossly unhealthy drink, even if cut/diluted with Water. It has the same health benefits as a can of Coke or Mountain Dew...plenty of sugar and empty calories.

Those who habitually drink their calories often regain their weight. I'd personally learn to live without the orange juice.

For some reason, it’s assumed that children should always drink orange juice because "it is healthy and contains Vitamin C.” Unfortunately, that is a serious misconception.

Juice of any kind is not particularly healthy, and contains as much sugar as a can of soda, which is the last thing children struggling with obesity or diabetes need in their diets.

I understand the , plenty of sugar. Plenty of empty calories. And drinking calories is not a good idea.

But cold pressed juice 100% not made from concentrate no added sugar. mixed with Water every now and again is the same as drinking a can of coke? I personally do not drink it but I did not know this.

I drink my Protein in the morning only when I walk. I have unflavored and I mix 2 scoops for 50 grams of protein because I just don't like to drink it all day. My meals vary like yesterday I had 12 Cajun steamed shrimp from Captain D's and today I had a 8oz Michelina's dinner I split up for Breakfast and dinner....and it's 9g protein.... I've had people think I don't eat but I just follow the rules I eat 4 oz per meal and I drink anything but carbonated drinks.... I like a sweet tea every few days but I drink lots of Water

Even if the juice is cold-pressed, our bodies cannot tell the difference between the sugar in juice and the sugar in soda due to the lack of Fiber.

Once you convert an orange into orange juice, the lack of fiber removes any health benefits whatsoever. You're just drinking a sweet liquid.

I understand that. But if orange juice just has orange juice in it. And coke is full of a bunch of chemicals ASWELL as them both being equally as sweet. I can't see how they are exactly the same. As Cold pressed orange juice is one ingredient. Coke. Is many many chemicals in one can. I try not to eat or drink anything I don't understand the ingredients lol

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
