Fairlife milk...low fat or skim??

Hi. I have 2 questions, First, I have been on food (soft meats) for over a week, and suddenly, I just don't feel like eating anymore. Is that normal? My surgery was June 14. And 2, I have been drinking Fairlife fat free milk, but since I am having trouble getting much food in, should I switch to the whole or low fat instead of fat free? For calories. I see the surgeon on Thurs and a dietition on Sat. Thank you.

The amount of food isn't important, it's the amount of protein! Stay with fat free.

I use regular fairlife. But sparingly. Don't like sugar free or fat free items very much , I really try to eat well instead

Mostly it works. But being human, we all have difficult days sometimes

Fat free milk has more carbs per cup than milk with fat. Plus the brain and skin etc need some fat. I hope small amounts of fat milk will be ok after sleeve.

Ps I think it is normal for some post op people to not crave or want food sometimes.

Such a different feeling than before.

I'm still amazed 10 years later that I forgot to eat sometimes. ......Of course then the beast returns wanting sugar .... it is a constant balancing act

But a different life than 90 lbs ago
