Go to YouTube....click on search put in Bariatric surgery and a whole variety will come up...that's what I did...

I also went to YouTube and typed in VSG which is the abbreviation for Vertical Sleeve Gastronomy or what is commonly called getting the "Sleeve".

Try searching WLS or the name of the surgery you are getting in the search bar. You can also type a Youtuber's name in the search as well. I currently follow: VSGprettysleeved, SJs Journey, Drea VSG, and faithkp; to name a few.

I follow chemistry queen and fighting 400 on youtube.
