What kind of pre op diet are you doing? I go to my pre op class in a few days and imagine I'll find out what I need to do then.

Try sodium free broths and the protein shakes. I lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks. IMG_8380.PNG

I am doing the Unjury protein shakes, I can also have sugar free pudding and sugar free jello. Nothing interesting, but do able.

I tried the Unjury chicken broth OMG that was like liquid salt. I have only lost 6lbs in 2 weeks, the bloating was so bad I couldn't even drink water! Everything is better now. I see the Doc on Wed. and hoping for the best.

I've had this fear too. If I have to be on it, and DON'T loose, what will the surgeon say?

I only lost 9 lbs and today i'am on clear liquids, i think maybe because TOM has arrived first time having one in five months
