Thank you and I walk every day which I know I need to do more...you'll be fine just cut out the junk food my daughter had the surgery before me and she was junk food a lot because she said it went down easy well she cut back on the juck food and eat more regularly food she don't focus on her protein like me and she just keeps losing
  2. You look great, I have recently gained as well my lowest weight was 131.2 in march and by may i got on the scale and i was 139lbs. I did not do anything different i still drink my premier protein shake for breakfast in the morning by 7:30 am and 10am i have a protein snack usually Oikos triple zero, Atkins bar, or power crunch. I don't eat bread or pasta or rice, sweets, pop. My liquids are my protein shake, water and wine on the weekend. This is me at my lowest weight my clothes still fit the same.

Hello everyone, I was sleeved on June 22, 2017 today my weight is 145.2, yesterday was my 1 year follow up apt with my surgeon weighing in at 146.6 I'm holding steady between 145 & 146 for the past month but i feel great just trying to enjoy my summer. I still drink my premier protein in the morning and afternoon anything else has to have a least 5 g of protein per for me to even consider to put in my mouth. I still have a hard time eating chicken, eggs no fruit and very little vegetables and i get sick if try to eat any type of cake or ice cream and yogurt i love as long as the sugar content is lower than 10 g. I have cut out all refind sugar and the carbs i eat if it's included with my protein which i try to keep no more than 50 g or less. Exercise 30 minutes a day walking and cardio 1 hour 3 to 4 time a week,
  4. I'm 9 months post op and everyday for breakfast premier protein, yogurt for lunch. I still have a hard time eating chicken, rice, ground turkey any type of meat at this point and rice, spaghetti.

  6. hello everyone i was sleeved june 22, 2017 and slowly losing down 41 pounds total just taking it in stride, i dont think i'm eating enough i try to get in 2 protien shakes of 25 gr each or 1 premier 30 grams i still can't eat a lot of food taking in a spoon and getting that feeling of throwing up. Please help! any suggestion and i walk everyday i do between 5,000 to 10,000 steps a day on weekends up to 15,000.
  7. I'm in the same boat lost 15 lbs between pre op and post op the scale haven't move since july 5.
  8. got my sleeve june 21 and i have been in a stall for almost 2 weeks now and still counting i don't know if i'm not eating enough or not getting enough protien in, other wise i feel good i walk over 1 1/2 to 2 miles a day everyday i know everybody is different in there journey i figure the loses will come

I need help i have not losing anything in a week and i'm only in my 4rd week my doctor wants me to start phase 4 this Friday but the only thing i'm holding down is plain greek yogurt, certain cream soups and i love avocados with lime, i am slowly trying mushee but it is not settling well in my Queen tummy that is what i'm calling my new stomach. I hate eggs now and i tried refried bean did not do well with the Queen, i walk everyday for about 30 minutes im during ok with protien i mix 1/2 fairlife skim mile 1/2 premier vanilla basically i sip sip sip all day water finally getting close to 32 oz daily.
  11. Had my surgery on June 22, everything was fine until second day with severe nauseus and of course can't forget the gas pain but by the next day i was fine and was able to go home now my only problem is i have not lost any weight
  12. I bought mine from whole foods Pacific organic bone broth chicken 9g protein it comes in 8oz container
  13. I only lost 9 lbs and today i'am on clear liquids, i think maybe because TOM has arrived first time having one in five months

  15. Surgery day tomorrow 6/22 very nervous on clear liquids all day nothing red, do any body know why everything has to be sugar free but gatorade
  16. My pre op started 6/8/17 800 cal it's two weeks my surgery is on the 22 no headache as of yet feeling pretty good
  17. 2nd day of pre op all liquid 800 cal so far so good surgery june 22
