Want to hear a funny and true story?

I had two fillings put in today. My mouth and lips were numb. I get home hungry and I'm eating some marinated roasted veggies with quinoa. Thinking "hey, it isn't too bad". Not falling out of my mouth and I can chew it fine. But some pieces of quinoa kept getting in the way of my lip and I kept trying to chew it down. Well, I put my finger in my mouth to clear it only to find I was eating my lip!!!! ????????

Thank you ? It is nice, but a little hard to be reminded just how big I let myself get. I won't let that happen again.

I hate going to the dentist. Your story has reminded me that I need to go and get my teeth cleaned soon.

Yeah, when the numbing meds wore off it started to hurt. Thankfully I did chew through my lip! Hahaha. Another funny story, I've always loved going to the dentist. Lol. Cleanings, fillings, and all. ?
