Grilled pork tenderloin!

Leftover salmon. Yum yum.

Homemade baked frittata:

Mine consists of 5 eggs mixed with chopped ham, jalapenos, Anaheim peppers, cheddar, green onions, half & half, and ground flaxseed meal. I pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch pie pan, bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, and eat it by the slice.

I am a single person, so my frittata lasts a couple of days.

Awesome answers guys! Will definitely be using these ideas this week!!

Turkey taco bowl. Found the Jennie-O ground and taco seasoned turkey at the grocery store two days ago. My husband will have his with a Carb Chopper wrap and veg. I will have mine with no wrap and a sprinkle of Tillamook Colby Jack shredded cheese in a bowl. I am not a huge veg fan so none for me.

Seeing a movie tonight so having wife sneak into her purse some meat sauce w/ground beef. Also bringing a large bottle of ice water. Might try a bite or two of her chicken nuggets just to see how well I tolerate it.
