How do I add info on surgery date and weight loss

In my profile I am unable to log in my surgery date and my progress of weight loss and add the time line to as a signature to my posting. How can I do that?

    You can't do it via the app as far as I'm aware so it's on main site settings - had some issues myself changing stuff which still isn't right. Is there an idiots guide to BP [emoji23]
