Once approved I can pick my own surgery date?

I wanna complete and submit all my pre surgery requirements before may but I don't wanna have my surgery until late August early September.

You just have to ask your surgeon's office about this. Each practice probably has different wait times, etc.

Depends on insurance and also the office.
I know my pulmonary testing has a "shelf life" it needs to be within 30 days of surgery and not sooner or I would have to do it again [emoji53]

My insurance only approve the procedure for a 3 month window. The pre-op check (x-ray and cardio gram) have to be within 30 days. In sure each is different but that was my timeframe
