I realize that's a fair while away, but I would love to connect with others scheduled for surgery around that time. Maybe we can keep each other sane while waiting.

We set a date and scheduled because having the tentative one gave me a date to tell docs/etc when I got the testing and stuff done. I know that if I don't have it Aug 1, it will be Aug 15. I'm grateful to know ahead of time. They also did some pre-qualifying stuff before I ever went in for the first appointment with the surgeon. Hopefully, everything goes smoothly when it comes time for my insurance to go through. My last appt is early July.

I wish I had a date. So hard to plan for work, daycare, etc with a: well, hopefully it'll be around this date... But maybe this date... Lol

I had my 4th diet check up today. I'm down 20 pounds, and my doctor confirmed that June (already scheduled!!) will be the last one and then they will immediately submit, "So surgery in July!" Eeeeep that's so SOON!!!

Mine is June 28th, almost July I just had my Endoscopy and Psych Eval last Friday.

I'm going in for my THREE hour psych eval this afternoon. Wish me luck! Lol

Geez! 3 hours?!?! You should be able to resolve all your life probyin that amount of time.

I was originally scheduled for my pre op class on July 18th with surgery to follow but I just found out they have one scheduled for June 20th. Hopefully there will be at least 1 person cancel so I can attend and get done in July.

That's what I said! What on earth am I gonna talk about for there hours?? I told my husband this is it for me. They'll find out I'm crazy! Lol

Mine will be in July too! Was set for 7/10, but they called the other day. Moving it to either Thursday, 7/6 or Thursday, 7/13. Our WLS center here can do earlier, but I needed to book out to Mel's sure I have coverage at work.

My surgery date is July 17. It was a process to get to this point. I am happy but also shocked that I set for surgery. I am nervous already!

Congrats on getting a date set! The time is flying by!

My physical therapy evaluation is tomorrow, then just 1 more weigh in next month...Hopefully it's happening in July!
