I got the call yesterday that my insurance approved my vsg surgery for april 26th! I am so excited! I just want these next 4 weeks to speed up haha anyone else have a surgery date of 4/26?

Well you started this thread to get us together. We will still keep an eye on your progress and cheer you on to June.

So... How's everyone feeling after the fact?

I'm feeling surprisingly well!!! Nothing more than a little gastric discomfort every now and then. I'm 8 days post op, I'm waiting to get on the scale at day 10. Just trying not to obsess over the scale, because I am real good at that. Drinking my protein shakes and I'm getting down about 9 to 10 ounces in an hour so that's good. Next step baby food. Lol!!! Hope everyone is doing well!!! Happy healing
