If you can't keep food down, call your Dr right now!

Most of the powders in GNC are crap. Try https://www.unjury.com/products/unjury-protein/chicken-soup-flavor.html

I'm still so confused on what's the best broth to get in my local grocery store. I don't feel as though both in the box is healthy. I get my surgery Monday the 20th so I really don't have time to order anything.

Try the liquid type premier protein worked for me. I used the vanilla and the chocolate ones.

Get college inn, low sodium. It's good.

Have you tried Protein2o? It's protein water and the only thinking helping me on my pre op liquid only diet. It comes in different flavors. I love grape and mixed berry.

Try lean shake ( snickerdoodle ) from GNC is very yummy... The box have 12 bottles and is $25. Is ready shake...have fiber and help you to fell full... Also the orange flavor powder from lean shake is.....super deli and have more fiber.
My surgery is on tuesday 21...I'm very scared....

Sometimes in the beginning, right after surgery, the thicker protein shakes can be hard to choke down. I had a hard time in the beginning but I can drink them no problem now...it seems our taste buds and tolerance for certain foods change as you heal. I drank the isopure until I could handle the thicker ones.

My program didn't allow for protein shakes. They wanted our protein to come from food. And even though the food was 3-4 weeks out they said we wouldn't become deficient in that time. I feel lucky, cause I can't do shakes.

Only thing I could get down was Atkins lift protein water. Everything else was so thick it just made me sick.
If you having trouble keeping stuff down call your doctor.
