I am almost 10th months post sleeve surgery. Lost 103lbs so far. Less than 20lbs to make goal! Dropped 6 sizes!!

I went to Hershey park today and was able to fit on EVERY SINGLE RIDE!!! Last year I barely fit into one and didn't try any other out of embarrassment. Today I could not stop smiling and going on more and more rides!! Sent from my VS995 using BariatricPal mobile app

This week I realized I had 2 NSV. The first one is my 8yr old can hug me (at my thickest belly part) and reach his arms all away around me. No more half hugs here! I almost cried when I realized he can now fully hug me, not just part of me. My 2nd victory is being able to have a regular shower towel wrap around me and cover all my bits. No more need to use a beach towel! I might be at a stall right now, but these NSVs are encouraging me! Sent from my VS995 using BariatricPal mobile app

I am 3 months last surgery, but my liquid phase was easy. I was concerned like you, but like everyone mentioned, when you get to solids you will feel the restriction kick in! You will be fine. I am 71lbs down and loving it. Sent from my VS995 using BariatricPal mobile app
