Just found my taste for tuna fish has changed and I use to love tuna fish.

Well I signed up for my first ever 5k walk! It's May 21st and I am so excited. It's one of those color run/walks. Getting my walk training on!!

I am currently wearing sketchers light weights bc my heels always hurt before surgery and they are cushioned for that. But now I think I might go shopping for a true walking shoe.

Ellykann it sounds terrible too, but I am ready for a new taste. In over broth and shakes lol. I have been cookingfor my family and putting small containers in the freezer to use. So far I have chicken with a little taco seasoning, roast beef and gravy, and pork with gravy.

Today I am 2 weeks post op and I walked ONE mile. I thought about quitting at 1/2 mile but realized my legs didn't hurt. I wasn't sweating like a pig. I wasn't dying to breathe. I am now sitting in my car tearing up bc I walked ONE mile. This surgery is saving my life and I am so grateful.

You are a beautiful confident woman. Your husband is either slow to catch that or doesn't want to keep up. What you accept as a heavier person is not the same as we accept as a thinner person. I will keep you in my prayers.

Chapstick Chapstick Chapstick! Out of everything I brought with me...that was the one thing I constantly used (and I never use Chapstick). Even though you will have iv giving you fluids, your lips, will be super dry.

Mine was the 20th and feeling great. After you get thru the gas pains, there will be no stopping you!!! I'm down 35lbs and can walk with NO knee pain!!!!
