Cash pay?

Anyone pay cash in California for their surgery? Wondering how much it cost. My insurance declined me even with pcos and a 36.7 bmi

  • You can appeal their decision and ask for a new review. Call everyday and become a person to them, not just another case. Good luck.

My Dr In NC is now doing the Sleeve for $9998.00 In part because there are many band people who can get them removed under insurance but will not pay for the revision. I would check around at some of the major Bariatric enters in the area.

Some are doing them in out patient facilities that are actually nicer than a Hospital setting

I don't have an answer to your question, but I do hope your Dr's office will pursue peer-to-peer and appeals. I work for insurance and have seen plenty of decisions overturned. It's always worth a shot.

Good luck!
