HELP!
I used this company. They take insurance or flat fee. They set your appointment around your schedule. I did mine on a Saturday morning. They have night hours as well. You set your time and the doctor will call you. Took about 45 mins. And they submitted all paperwork to my surgeon's office. Sent from my VS995 using BariatricPal mobile app

I feel so moody! What's up ?!!
Hang on b/c it gets better. My first 2 months I was a b***h. I'll be the first to admit it. All the hormone changes with losing weight was hard to take. But I also realized that I use to depend on candy when I was "in a mood". Like happy....celebrate with candy. Mad....feel better with candy. It was my bff. After surgery I had to learn to deal with emotions and not eat my way thru them. I never realized how dependent I was on junk food. After 8 weeks I started feeling like a normal person again. You will too. Luckily, it's just a phase. Sent from my VS995 using BariatricPal mobile app

Hip pain
I was having that from doing so much walking. It ended up I needed better support in my sneakers. Ever since I've changed my shoes, my hip pain has gone away. Sent from my VS995 using BariatricPal mobile app

My protein is 70grams (I usually hit 60-65). My water is 64oz. I do not keep track of my carbs. But I don't have many. I think I'm allowed 20 a day, but i prob get maybe around 10.
