I was referred to a psychologist and she doesn't call back and the one time she did there wasn't anything available for months I have my last weigh in July 6th I NEEEEED TO FIND A PSYCHOLOGIST TO DO THE EVALUATION I've given up on looking for someone through insurance because I've had no luck I've googled called left messages for everyone and their mother with no luck Does anyone know of someone on Long Island in New York ILL DRIVE THERE I'LL PAY OUT OF POCKET idc I just need to get it done asap

I used this company. They take insurance or flat fee. They set your appointment around your schedule. I did mine on a Saturday morning. They have night hours as well. You set your time and the doctor will call you. Took about 45 mins. And they submitted all paperwork to my surgeon's office.
