Due to my work schedule and cost i have not been able to do my psych evaluation yet. I was looking around for someone closer to where I live and cheaper or who will accept my insurance, I found psychevaluation.com who says they will accept my insurance and its done over the phone with a licensed psychiatrist.

I used them and had no issues.

Double check with your surgeon's office to make sure they don't have a list of preferred providers. I had only a short list of options I could choose from. You don't want to waste your time and money if you have to choose from practitioners chosen by your surgeon

i used them and it was super easy. My dr office recommended them. And i got approved for surgery. It was a $40 co-pay.
