Your stomach is amazing and you took at least 10 years off your face! Congrats!

  • Aww thank you. I feel so much prettier now, lol. I am doing so much better with my health issues as well. I'm going thru a divorce n it helps that I can look at myself n be like girl u got it going o

  • I was stuck for a while in 190's but I increased protein intake and hit cardio kind of hard. So my body started to shrink and numbers moved slowly. So, I learned to focus on results I can see. I can't

Thank you so much. When I was 190's I stayed there literally for like 1 month n a half. But then I started dropping but it's been slow n then a big drop. So stick to your guns and don't give up. Keep pushing!

Your stomach is amazing and you took at least 10 years off your face! Congrats!

You look amazing! I think you looked amazing in the black dress as well! Congratulations to you! I'm being sleeved next Friday and love the inspiration!!

What was your starting BMI? I'm only asking because I'm a lower BMI sleever and wondering about what my progress would look like. I'm about a 33.5 BMI right now.

You look awesome! You give me so much motivation! Your stomach looks great. Did you use something on the scars to make them heal better? They aren't very noticable and your skin looks really healthy. I'm so excited when I see great results like you are having.

Thanks for sharing. Keep up the good work!
