Will we ever be able to drink liquids like we use to?

So will I ever be able to drink without just having to take sips? I had gastric bypass and I'm 4 weeks post op, and be wanting to drink down my drink instead I'm having to always sip.

I couldn't even drink water until the 4th month. I really miss it. Now just starting my 5th month I enjoy it again. Can't drink as much or as fast as before but enough to feel satisfied again!
