  11. Thanks ladies. I rinsed all my bras and it seemed better for awhile. Used cortisone cream and it went away. Now it's back in a different area. My lower back and butt cheek area. Trying anti fungal cream now. Wondering if it cld be a supplement I'm taking sporadically called Strong Bones. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  13. They may come around eventually. In the mean time, don't waste your energy on their negativity. You might want to create a second Facebook group for your journey so you can delete negative people and comments as required. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  14. I had the same concerns. Turns out I am 5 months post op, have lost 60 lbs and not one person has suspected. Maybe because I'm always on a diet, maybe because I've lost and gained weight so much in my life, maybe because I'm losing rather slowly, maybe because people are less concerned or preoccupied with us than we think. I'm not sure. But this turned. Out to be a non issue for me. The hardest was the first few weeks when I just avoided eating with others. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  16. I feel like your body will let you know if it can't handle something. If I choose protein first I never have room for greens. I don't think that's good either. I ate a bit of raw fruit early. No problems. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  17. I couldn't even drink water until the 4th month. I really miss it. Now just starting my 5th month I enjoy it again. Can't drink as much or as fast as before but enough to feel satisfied again! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  18. I think you should design a new app. Couch to 5k for the obese! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  19. I'm looking for anyone in the Lake Havasu Area who has had gastric surgery. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  20. I am 4 months post sleeve surgery. Doing well but have developed an itchy band that's starts at upper incision in front under bra and continues to sides under arm. Gets a bit red and hot not really a rash but looks redder than other skin. I asked my Bariatric nurse about it and she suggested it wasn't surgery related. Ordinary lotions don't help. It doesn't seem to matter which bra I wear. Has anyone else experienced this? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
