  3. Congrats on the loss! It's normal to progressively be able to eat a little bit more over time. Since you've cut out your protein shake, have you been replacing the content with a lean protein? I'm nearly 6 months out and have played around with my diet quite a bit. I always end up running back to my protein shakes because it's so difficult too meet my minimum protein intake without them.   5. How long post op did you wait to introduce cooked greens (turnips, collards, kale, etc) and how did it go? I'm one month post op and at the solid introduction phase of my program. My program discourages most raw fruits and veggies for up to 6 mths, including lettuce, but encourages moist cooked veggies. I'm considering trying to introduce cooked greens to my diet, but I'm not sure. My nut is on maternity leave and her temp fill-in is not very helpful. Just wondering what other vsg-ers have experienced with cooked greens.
