Sleeved October 25th, am I on track?

I was sleeved on Oct 25th, Pre-surgery weight 304lbs , surgery weight 292lbs. and current weight is 247lbs.

In the beginning the weight came off fast, but as time has went on I have had a few stalls, and the weight is coming off very slow now, like a pound or two a week? YES its still a loss and I am very happy, but my question is it normal for weight loss to start slowing down as time goes on?

It really does slow down as time goes on. You are only 3 months in, so it should still be fairly quick when you aren't in a stall, but stalls happen throughout. Are you sticking to your program? Getting all your water? Getting your protein? Taking your vitamins? Doing regular exercise/activity?

Unfortunately I've not been able to get in all the protein or water, so that could very well be the problem, thanks

What specific struggle are you having getting in your protein and water now? You should be fully healed up. Is it still too much restriction? Some sort of negative physical reaction?

A pound or two a week is honestly pretty great; I don't think that's off from 'normal' at all. I was sleeved 11/14, and that's about what I do as well~ I'd say I lose maybe 10 pounds a month? Which isn't bad AT ALL...

Thanks everyone for your help, I sometimes over think to much.... I am very happy I'm still loosing, even if it's only a pound here and there, it's still a loss!

I'd say anything is better than nothing, but im easy to please lol. Sleeved 10/5 and i lose 1-3lbs a week. Slower around my period, faster after.

It sounds to me like you are pretty much on track. I have weeks where i lose one, then none, then suddenly 5 drop off. Just keep working on your Protein and liquids and it will all turn out. Every loss is a win, and anytime you stall and don't gain it's still a win. Hang in there!

I was sleeved 10/24 ...my weight slowed down to almost none the past two weeks. Sw235 Cw185. I started boot camp two weeks ago. So maybe just gaining muscle. I use GenePro for most of my protein intake since I can't stand shakes. I think we need to start paying more attention to our inches lost at this point.

Thank you for your kind words.

You look fantastic. Keep up the good work.

I noticed a slow down at 5 months. I stall, then a few pounds fall off, then I stall again for awhile. I do notice loss in inches/clothing sizes during the stalls. Upping my protein helped and going to the gym regularly really helped me too. Even just walking on the treadmill helped.

I've started on gen pro which upped my protein. Been cycling 2 miles a day and walking 1 mile. Upper body weight training in the evenings . taking in 600 to 800 calories daily. 25 to 27 carbs 30 grams of fat 25 grams of fiber. I've been stalled now 3 months . I'm 57. Does any one have any ideas . I've lost a total of 22 lbs. Pre surgical weight was 190 surgical weight was179 current weight is 157.
