Lost 20 lbs 1 week post op!

I'm one week post op gastric sleeve. I've lost 20 lbs within this past week. Is that normal? Has anyone experienced such dramatic weight-loss in that short span of time?

    I had to do 1 meal replacement for a couple weeks and clear liquids the day before. Lost 3 lbs during pre op.

    Not anything like the 2 weeks of liquid I see on the board.
