Lost 20 lbs 1 week post op!

I'm one week post op gastric sleeve. I've lost 20 lbs within this past week. Is that normal? Has anyone experienced such dramatic weight-loss in that short span of time?

Same here. Only 7 days post op and have lost nearly 15 pounds. I attribute most of it to water weight. Think about all the salt you are no longer getting. That alone will hold 15 pounds of water in the body. I have noticed some physical changes with the loss of water weight. My hands and face don't look puffy or bloated. My rings are spinning.

It's real weight loss but man it is pretty dramatic.
