February 12, 20179 yr Same here. Only 7 days post op and have lost nearly 15 pounds. I attribute most of it to water weight. Think about all the salt you are no longer getting. That alone will hold 15 pounds of water in the body. I have noticed some physical changes with the loss of water weight. My hands and face don't look puffy or bloated. My rings are spinning. It's real weight loss but man it is pretty dramatic.
