Exactly. Like today I had some ziti. 3-5 spoons is the most I can get in if that but right after the 3rd spoon I'm thirsty and need to drink but can't. It's gonna take some getting used to that's for sure

It becomes a habit over time. It may help if you drink before eating if your plan allows it. I usually drink a glass of Water before each meal and it prevents me from being thirsty while eating.
