In between food and drink? I'm thirsty after a few bites but know the pain it will cost to drink right after. So annoying.

I still haven't gotten used to it. I used to drink 70-80 oz of Water a day so now I feel like I am always thirsty.

Exactly. Like today I had some ziti. 3-5 spoons is the most I can get in if that but right after the 3rd spoon I'm thirsty and need to drink but can't. It's gonna take some getting used to that's for sure

It becomes a habit over time. It may help if you drink before eating if your plan allows it. I usually drink a glass of Water before each meal and it prevents me from being thirsty while eating.
